You can order custom tempered flat glass online by filling out the form below and clicking the "add to cart" button. You may order four different sizes at one time. To order, type (in whole numbers) the desired width (maximum of 30 inches), and the length (maximum of 50 inches) in the designated areas below. You may add fractions by clicking onto the 0/0" to the right of the whole numbers. Fill in the amount of pieces by typing the number under the word "quantity". You can find the quantities and costs to the right of the screen, above the "add to cart" button.
Each crate fits four pieces of glass. Each crate (includes shipping) costs $95.00. Custom glass takes approximately 2-4 weeks to ship.
