Larry is installing the LVR Operable Vent System in a Lord & Burnham Solarium II. This thermostatically controlled, one motor system, is lifting 8 sections of insulated glass. The motor and gearbox are fastened to the center glazing bar and bolted to the vent shafting. When the thermostat hits a set temperature the motor turns the gearbox which turns the shafting, which lifts the vent arms, which lifts the vent. |
