Fight the heat with an evaporative cooler! As air moves through the wet pad, water evaporates, and the air cools. Thermostatically controlled, the evaporative cooler will help to keep your greenhouse at your desired temperature, without having to manually turn it on and off.

The Essick Air Cooling System is used where mechanical air conditioning is impractical or too expensive to operate. Twin Air Intake Rotatary Filters produce cool, clean, comfortable, freshened air by pushing out hot air that occurs in greenhouses.

The Essick Air Cooling System offers low cost of maintenance because of reduced rust and corrosion related problems (common problems with ordinary evaporative cooling processes). And this system offers a savings of up to 80% in cooling expense over Mechanical Air Conditioning Systems.

Air Flow Ratings of 3300 CFM to 7200 CFM, are available.

All parts that are in contact with water are made with PVC Plastic! This means water reservoirs and louvers never rust. The benefits are years of peak performance while looking fresh and new! The rust-resistant frame and polyester filters remove in seconds for cleaning and replacement. Eliminated are messy aspen wood filters that sag. And, no pump can fail due to loose aspen fibers in the water reservoir! All parts that are not PVC plastic, such as the cabinet, are treated with an electrostatically applied polyester finish. This gives excellent protection from the weather and resists chalking and discoloring associated with other finishes. Essick Roto-Belt coolers are known for their fresh appearance years after installation.

If you have any evaporative cooler questions, please ask.
